Senna and Egg Soup


Clears heat, moisturises the gut and eases constipation. It is recommended for those who are experiencing dry and hard stools, bloating and discomfort, halitosis and feverishness of the palms and soles.


Senna leaf 5 – 10g, egg 1, spinach to taste.


1.Crack the egg and beat well.
2.Decoct the senna leaf in water and strain out the dregs.
3.Stir the beaten egg into the decocted liquid, add spinach and salt to taste, and bring to a boil. Serve hot.
