ACTION

  • Strengthens the spleen and relieves diarrhoea
    Treats diarrhoea due to deficiency of the spleen.
  • Benefits the kidney to preserve essence, keeps the heart-fire and the kidney-water in balance
    For nocturnal emission, enuresis and leukorrhagia attributed to kidney-deficiency. Also used for imbalance of the heart-fire and kidney-water manifested as nocturnal emission, palpitation, vexation, insomnia, dreaminess, tinnitus, and soreness and weakness of the back and lower extremities.

Nourishes the heart and calms the mind
Treats palpitation, insomnia, amnesia, etc.

Usage and Dosage
10–15 g is used in decoction for oral use. Remove the green lotus plumale and break the lotus seeds into pieces before decocting.



Storage
Keep in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Protect from moths, mould and mice.

The good one is big and full-grained in shape, powdery and not infested by moths.
