Magnoliavine fruit 3-6 g, ginseng 3-10 g (or 10-15 g of asiabell root), lilyturf root 10 g.
1.Rinse the herbs and soak for 30 minutes. Slice the ginseng. Place the prepared herbs in a pot with an adequate amount of water.
2.Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for another 60 minutes over low heat. Strain and serve.
Tips for a Healthy Life
Not suitable for those suffering from influenza with phlegm, or dry and hard stool. For those who are heaty, 3-6 g of American ginseng may be used in place of ginseng.
