ACTION
- Treats jaundice related to heat-dampness
For jaundice and gall bladder stones.
Dispels heat and toxic. - Treats injuries from burns and scalds
- Relieves cough due to lung-heat
For inflammation of the bronchi and lobar pneumonia. - Treats traumatic injuries
- Treats amenorrhea related to blood stasis
For blood stasis with menses stoppage and menopausal bleeding disorder.
Usage and Dosage
9–15 g is used in decoction for oral use.
The pounded, powder or decoction can be used externally.
Note
Contraindicated for pregnant women.
Storage
Keep in a dry place and protect from mould and moths.
