Green Bean and Kelp Soup

Clears heat and detoxifies. It is recommended for those who have oily skin or are suffering from scabies, rashes or prickly heat.

Green beans 100 – 200g, dried kelp 30g, salt to taste.

1.Rinse the kelp and soak for 15 minutes. Soak the green beans for 60 minutes.

2.Place the green beans in a pot with an adequate amount of water and simmer for 20 minutes.

3.Add the kelp and continue to cook for approximately 10 minutes more.

4.Add salt and serve.
