Green Bean and Oat Congee

Clears heat and helps to control blood sugar and blood pressure. It is recommended for the middle-aged, elderly and those suffering from constipation.

Green beans 50g, oats 100g, rock sugar to taste.

1.Rinse the green beans.

2.Place the green beans and oats in a pot with an adequate amount of water. Simmer over a low fire until the beans split and become soft.

3.Add rock sugar and serve.
