Chinese Lobelia Tea

Cools and detoxifies the blood, eases urination and reduces swelling. It is beneficial to those suffering from hepatitis associated with toxic accumulation from illness.

Chinese lobelia 25g, white sugar 20g.

1.Rinse the lobelia, slice it into sections and steep in cold water for 15 minutes.
2.Place the lobelia sections in a stewing bowl with an adequate amount of water.
3.Bring to a boil over a strong fire, then lower the heat and stew for 25 minutes.
