Peach Seed and White Peony Root Congee

Tonifies the blood and removes blood stasis, as well as removes obstruction of collaterals to relieve pain. It is suitable for those suffering from contracture and pain in the joints.

White peony root 20 g, peach seed 10 g. pearl rice 60 g.

1.Rinse the white peony root and decoct with water. Strain out the dregs. Crush the peach seed and mix with water.
2.Place the pearl rice in a pot with the peach seed and white peony juices. Cook as congee.

Contraindicated for those suffering from distension, scant and loose stool, body aches associated with cold, or those suffering from external pathogenic cold and without blood stasis.
