Motherwort Eggs

Tonifies the blood and promotes blood circulation, as well as removes blood stasis to relieve pain. It is suitable for those suffering from dysmenorrhea.

Motherwort herb 15 g, eggs 2, brown sugar to taste.

1.Steep the motherwort in cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse the eggs.
2.With an adequate amount of water in the pot, put the motherwort and eggs to boil.
3.When the eggs are cooked, remove them from the pot and peel off the shells. Boil the motherwort for another 20 minutes before adding the shelled eggs. Strain out the dregs. Add brown sugar to taste.
4.Take the eggs and the soup.

Tips for a Healthy Life
Contraindicated for those with heavy menstruation and do not have blood stasis.
Consume 1–2 weeks before menstruation, or during menstruation.
