Chinese Rose Flower Congee

Relieves stagnancy of qi of the liver, promotes blood circulation and regulates menstruation. It is suitable for those who suffer from blood stasis, and should be consumed before menstruation.

Chinese rose flowers 5, pearl rice 100 g, dried longan 10–30g, honey 50 g.

1.Rinse the Chinese rose flowers. Wash the pearl rice.
2.Place the pearl rice and dried longan in a pot, add an adequate amount of water and cook as congee.
3.When the congee is ready, add the Chinese rose flower and simmer for 5 minutes. Then turn off the fire and stir in the honey.

Tips for a Healthy Life
Rose flower may be used instead. Contraindicated for pregnant women.
