Black-Boned Chicken Soup with Spatholobus Stem

Effects

Preparation
1.Clean the black-boned chicken and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water.
2.Place the spatholobus stem in a pot containing adequate amount of cold water and steep for 1 hour. Then add raw ginger, red dates and blackboned chicken.
3.Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, then stew over low heat for 2 hours. Season to taste and serve.
