Argy and Ginger Eggs

Effects
Warms the meridians, stops bleeding, prevents miscarriage and relieves coldness. It is recommended for those with heavy menses, metrorrhagia or metrostaxis.

Ingredients
Argy leaf 10–15 g, raw ginger 25 g, eggs 2.

Preparation

  1. Rinse the argy leaves and soak for 20 minutes. Place the argy leaves, raw ginger and eggs in a pot. Add an adequate amount of water and bring to a boil.
  2. When the eggs are boiled, remove the shells and simmer for 10–15 minutes in the mixture.
