Woad Root Congee

Effects
Clears toxic heat, removes heat from the blood and dispels congestion. It is suitable for those suffering fever, swelling and hard lumps as a result of mumps.

Ingredients
Woad root 15g, prunella spike 20g, japonica rice 30g, white sugar to taste.

Preparation
1.Decoct the two herbs in water and strain out the dregs.
2.Add the japonica rice and sugar, and cook as congee.
