Coix and Patchouli Congee

Dispels exterior pathogenic syndromes, resolves dampness, clears summer heat and reinforces qi.

Cablin patchouli 6g, coix 30g, green beans 50g, rice 100g.

1.Decoct the patchouli with water. Strain out the dregs and set the decocted liquid aside.
2.Place the coix, rice and green beans in a pot with an adequate amount of water. Cook as congee.
3.When done, add the decocted liquid and simmer for a short while longer.
