Patchouli and Perilla Drink

Effects
Relieves summer heat, resolves dampness and dispels exterior pathogenic factors. It is recommended for those experiencing common cold brought on by summer heat and dampness, pain in the gut, diarrhoea, migraine and lack of perspiration.

Ingredients
Cablin patchouli leaf 30g, perilla leaf 130g, salt or rock sugar to taste.

Preparation
1.Rinse the herbal ingredients.
2.Place the herbal ingredients in a pot with an adequate amount of water. Bring to a roiling boil over high heat, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
3.Strain out the dregs. Add salt or rock sugar and serve. (Seasonings are optional.)
