Black-bone Chicken with Tsaoko and Galangal

Black-bone chicken 1 (approximately 500g), tsaoko amomum fruit 5g, katsumada galangal seed 5g.

1.Clean and dress the chicken.
2.Place the tsaoko and galangal seed in the chicken’s belly and stitch up the opening.
3.Place the chicken in a pot with an adequate amount of water and simmer until it is cooked through. Season and serve.
