Turmeric Fried Rice with Ham and Egg

Warms the meridians and relieves pain. It is used to treat stagnation of qi due to cold, blood stasis, pain in the chest, gastric pain due to cold, amenorrhea, painful menstruation, rheumatism and traumatic injury.

Turmeric powder 1 g, egg 1, onions 20 g, ham 40 g, ripe peas 20 g, white rice 300 g, salt and pepper to taste.

1.Peel and rinse the onions. Cut the onions and ham into bits.
2.Crack the egg, stir well and briefly fry with oil. Remove from the frying pan and set aside.
3.Heat oil in the pan and stir in the turmeric powder. Fry the onions and ham.
4.Add the fried egg, ripe peas and rice. Continue to fry for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
