Strengthens the spleen and removes dampness, arrests diarrhoea and heavy vaginal discharge. It is recommended for those with frequent night urination, and for nourishing the spleen in young children.
Euryale seeds 10-15 g, lotus seeds 10-15 g, greenbrier root 10-15 g, dioscorea root 10-15 g, pork ribs 200-300 g.
1.Rinse the herbs and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
2.Clean the pork ribs and blanch in boiling water. Place the pork ribs in a pot with an adequate amount of water. Add the herbs.
3.Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for another 45 minutes. Add salt to taste and serve.
Tips for a Healthy Life
This dish can be cooked with rice to make congee. It is not suitable for those with hard stools, constipation, or foul and yellowish vaginal discharge.
